Season 3
15: Don’t be afraid to ask questions
It is better to ask a silly question and get the instruction right than make assumptions and end up doing the wrong thing. Assumption can be as bad as wrong.
16: Ask for help if you need it
If you are struggling, be open about it and seek help. But don’t develop a habit of too much dependence for convenience, be your own person and learn to do things for yourself.
17: Engage in community service
Make a habit of indulging in deeds of service for the benefit of others. You don’t have to be paid for the time spent or skills used while at it. But selfless actions can open doors for greater heights ahead.

18: When given an opportunity to do any job, give it your best shot
You never know who is watching. But that aside, every job is an opportunity to learn something. Go forth and ask yourself, what am I learning in this season?
19: Normalize taking responsibility for your choices
Choices have consequences so be ready for yours. Do not guilt trip others if things go south because of your decisions. Blame games don’t change the turn of time.
20: Research can be difficult but necessary
Immerse yourself in a research topic outside your comfort zone. It will not be an easy road trying to understand and interpret the findings. But the post application makes the endurance worth it.
21: It is okay to feel like you are the smallest person in a room
You are bound to find yourself in diverse spaces. In some you will easily fit in while in others you will struggle to overcome the usual imposter syndrome. How you deal with where you find yourself is up to you.
Until the next post, keep pushing yourself to explore your full potential!
